  • Responsible for the operation and daily running of the hotel
  • Plan and implement operating strategies to achieve service, operation and business excellence
  • Innovate and develop products and services in all guest and staff offerings to maintain competitive advantage
  • Conduct training needs analysis; develop and conduct programs as to build capabilities and competencies

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge in Property Management System and other software that are essential in managing Rooms operations and manpower
  • Knowledge in key managerial functions like budget planning, staff recruitment, training and performance appraisal
