Job description

• Provide excellent customer service experience
• Make recommendations and share product/additional information upon request
• Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell promotional or additional items
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and stock up cutlery and condiments
• Check orders for presentation and quality, and rectify when necessary
• Check on guest satisfaction and take repeated orders
• Deliver checks and collect payment

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
• Guest oriented
• Commitment to quality service, f&b knowledge
