Job description

  • Report directly to the Chef De Cuisine
  • Plan kitchen roster and staff management
  • Plan and execute daily, a la carte and promotional menus
  • Inventory control and stock management
  • Prepare dishes maintaining high standards of quality and consistency at all time
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
  • Maintain highest standards in food quality and presentation
  • Responsible for the daily smooth operation of the department and to take over in the absence of the superiors
  • Control the food cost and food quality in the kitchen

  • With relevant culinary experience
  • Strong passion for food & enjoy cooking
  • Have a creative & innovation flair and interest in creating new dishes
