  • Management Associate Programme for Financial Planners (1 year Programme)
    Management Associate programme is a LATEST programme in 2017 aimed to target Fresh Graduates and New Job Seekers who are interested to try out a different career in the finance sector. The objective is to enable the individual to learn about the sale of financial products to meet client's financial goals in the areas of investments, protection, savings and retirement planning.
    If you are those who wants to learn more about investment knowledge and was thinking about finding a job that is very well paid because of the current job that is paying you too little.
    At the same time, you also wondered why other financial planners are able to earn lots of money in this career. And i mean the majority.
    Then, by applying the position financial planner gives you the opportunity to go for the interview like the rest of them.

Job Requirements
  • Full A Level Certificate
  • Local Polytechnic / Private Diploma with minimum 3 years of full time studies
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Singaporean
  • Preferably Chinese due to liaising with Chinese Clients.

Once you fulfill the requirements you will be required to do a 5 weeks training programme with us so we can prepare you the basic investments skills before starting the job. 

*SAMPLE*  5 weeks Full time Training Programme (9am-5pm daily)
The programme will commence on Wed, 25 Jan 2017. There will be 3  MCQ examination as follows:
  • M5 - Rules And Regulations For Financial Advisory Services  6 Feb 2017 (Mon)
  • M9 - Life Insurance And Investment-Linked Policies 13 Feb 2017 (Mon)
  • M9A - Life Insurance And Investment-Linked Policies II  20 Feb 2017 (Mon)

Time-table will be provided to you**

Once you clear the Qualifying papers we will offer you the job with this allowance Tiers*

Allowance
  • Tier 1 $1500-$2000 per month (A levels / Diploma Holders)
  • Tier 2 $2000-$2500 per month (Degree Holder)
  • Tier 3 $2500-$3000 per month (Previous Job's Pay $3125)
  • Tier 4 $3000-$3500 per month (Previous Job's pay $3750)

**Additional Commission, bonuses and Incentives will also be paid out to the individual on the first of every month
 
You will be required to participate in our roadshow events island wide for the first year

Hours are usually from (10am - 5pm) or (5pm - 10pm)

What You Will Learn
You will be learning management skills. Based on each customer's needs, you will plan and manage their portfolios. Learn how to perform under pressure and deadlines to maximise the clients' payoffs.
Not only that, you will learn effective communication skills. With the guidance and tips from experienced senior colleagues you will be excelling in your oral skills in areas such as sales, presentation and public speaking!
Finally, learn what makes the financial sector tick. On the job, you will always be updated with the wide array of financial services and products available. New services and products arise often and you will be learning which one is best suited for certain goals!
