Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet sales, margin and market share targets
  • Responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity through channel partners
  • Overseeing day to day channel operations
  • Managing relationships with our channel partners
  • Constructing and owning a plan towards channel revenue goals
  • Planning and implementing customer presentations, prepare quotations, overseeing account profiles, monitoring competitor activity, help all communications with channel partners and communicating channel activities
  • Build robust pipelines of new business opportunities to achieve growth tartget
  • Keep abreast with customers’ roadmap, market trends and competitors’ activities
  • Support the development of product portfolio and go-to market strategy for targeted segments
  • Generating of monthly sales report
 
Skills and Qualifications
 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant work experience including 3 years in channel sales responsibility in a multinational environment
  • Proven record in sales and business development
  • A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry
  • Project management experience would be a definite advantage
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of semiconductor, packaging processes, technologies and value chain in the electronics industry
  • Self-motivated and can drive results with minimal oversight and direction
  • Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
  • Strong organization skills to multi-task and prioritize deliverables with multiple deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to make things happen
  • Demonstrate pursuit of opportunities in an organized, systematic and relentless manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Having a good command of English.
