Job description

Due to expansion, we are looking out for potential candidates to join our fun team.

the Chef is responsible in food preparation, assisting Head Chef / Assistant Head Chef in staff training, ensuring all team members comply with SOPs, maintaining top food quality and hygiene standards at all times.

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Sichuan / Mala cooking is a requirement 有四川/马拉烹饪经验要求
  • Candidates without Sichuan / Mala experience, but has Zi-Char (hawker) skills can be considered 候选人不计四川/马拉的经验, 但有煮炒(小贩) 技能也可以考虑
  • Ability to speak / read / write Mandarin to converse with our Chinese-speaking staff & customers 能说/读/写华语与我们的华人员工和客户交谈
  • Must be able to work rotating shift (6-days workweek) 必须能够轮班工作 (每周6天)
