Job Overview

The Guest Services Manager is responsible for the management of Bell/Porter functions in accordance with hotel standards, while directing and maintaining service philosophies that guide the Bell/Porter team. Is also responsible for maintaining the acknowledgement and service of all hotel guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day Front Office operations
  • Requesting car valets for event days
  • Scheduling of staff
  • Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
  • Obtaining satisfactory alternative accommodations for guests in the event of the hotel’s inability to accommodate them
  • Working together with the Personal Assistant team on all guest arrangements
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of hotel features and offerings
  • Handling guests complains in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Documenting all guest requests or issues and resolving them promptly
  • Providing guestroom and site inspections
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager

Job Requirements

Talent Profile:

  • Minimum diploma in Hospitality Management
  • 2-3 years of work experience in guest services or front desk operations
  • Embodies excellent etiquette and portrays a professional image
  • Possesses good verbal and written command of English
  • Able to communicate well in a team
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excelling problem resolution skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekdays and holidays
