Job description

  • Manage full spectrum of admin duties, providing day to day admin support to operations / kitchen department
  • Responsible for overall office maintenance, ensure all the maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled
  • Update and maintain the vehicle insurance and other licensing matters
  • In charge of ISO, OHSAS, HACCP
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or other related field
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, proactive and committed
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Singaporean may apply
  • Able to start work within a short notice would be an added advantage

Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
