Job description

  • Be familiar with the work in the service group;
  • Be familiar with hosting responsibilities. Seat guests quickly and accurately based on their comfort and satisfaction;
  • Greet, serve and see off guests in accordance with service requirements;
  • Subtly handle complaints from dissatisfied guests and report their information to other departments;
  • Accurately control the timing of seating to collaborate with other departments and waiters/waitresses;
  • Assist other departments in their work;
  • Keep the work area clean and organized;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
