Job description

  • Be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality food products are served to guests at all times.
  • Work with the Food and Beverage Management Team to successfully execute all kitchen operations.
  • Strive to continually improve customer and team satisfaction.
  • Maximise the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation in all kitchen and storage areas, etc.
  • Able to resolve emergency issues of the kitchen team and answer enquires.
  • Supervise and train team members to perform and achieve the Company’s standards.
  • Maintain good conditions of all kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas conforming to the Company’s standards.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry
  • Accountability and able to work independently
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can start immediately, be willing to perform shift work and work on weekends and Public Holidays
