Job description

  • Create marketing strategy & plans for our products and services in each target market.
  • Responsible for all marketing activities for the company’s products and services including but not limited to Product development & introduction, Pricing strategy, distribution channels, promotion mix..etc.
  • Responsible for gathering & providing customers’ requirement for use by new product development team. Involve in new product development, prototyping, Testing & type approvals for various markets
  • Source & identify, assess, negotiate potential distributors & dealers for our products and services in targeted markets.
  • To plan & execute, manage and coordinate participation in regional exhibitions, product launches or road shows with Local Sales Team / Management.
  • Responsible for pricing of company’s products, services, aftersales.
  • Responsible for market research, analysis of data, converting them into marketing plans & strategy for the targeted markets.
  • Monitor & identify market trends, customers buying behavior, new market trends development, and present to Management.
  • Plan & develop customer engagement programmes & customer touch points.
  • Communicate with different stakeholders, business partners, associates on the marketing plans
  • Support sales & after sales activities relating to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or relevant.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling marketing activities or business development for a product or service.
  • Has the ability to create marketing ideas, plan, execute and follow up.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong ability to handle customers or business associates of different levels.
  • Experience in doing marketing work in Asian region is advantage
  • Great interpersonal skills, team player and able to work independently.
  • Self-driven and results orientated.
  • Has a creative mind for marketing work, and excited to see the result of marketing plans implemented.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail, including creative writing, editing and proof reading skills.
  • Experience with E-marketing platforms, social media & digital marketing work.
  • Be able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Creative, customer centric, problem solver, outgoing personality.
