Merchandising & Purchasing 3 Years Diploma

Job description

  • Responsible for procurement function of the company, including parts, raw materials, components, machinery, services;
  • Sourcing, negotiation, coordination with local and worldwide suppliers on material procurement.
  • Issue and send purchase orders to suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, verification of suppliers’invoices via ERP System.
  • Handles all import and export shipment matters for Singapore HQ and Oversees subsidiary company.
  • Responsible to ensure all materials arrived on time for production use.
  • Work with production planner on material requirements planning for projects.
  • Responsible to ensure purchased cost target for project is achieved.
  • Conduct Vendor Assessment and Evaluation

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 4 years experience in purchasing function preferably from a manufacturing related industry.
  • A very firmed negotiator, resourceful, problem solver.
  • Strong Interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Enjoy meeting & communicating with worldwide suppliers.
  • Experience in ERP/ SAP system is an advantage
