Job description


  • Support the BreadTalk Group Loyalty Program, including A&P/ brand development, social media, system implementation and reporting.
  • Listen to and develop a sound understanding of the consumers and the markets we operate in.
  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to run scheduled events and achieve planned targets on the project calendar across multiple platforms - eg.  retail and digital. 
  • Grow a quality database which will in turn generate useful business insights/ recommendations.
  • Monitor and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support and take on ad hoc group branding assignments.
  • 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant CRM/ Branding experience
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle collaterals and documents)
  • A team player with the ability to handle various projects and tasks in a multi-brand environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in design software will be an added advantage
