Job description

To assist in pre-function set-up and co-ordination of part-timers, and to provide food and beverage services to the guests.

Job Requirements

  • To set up sections within outlets
  • To serve food and beverage.
  • To guide inexperienced staff (part-timers).
  • To liaise with the stewarding on equipment matters needed for the setup of outlet.
  • To ensure that there are sufficient stocks, sundries available at all times.
  • To ensure all equipment are properly maintained.
  • To report for duty on time and neatly groomed.
  • To perform opening and closing duties.
  • To ensure that guests sign the bill for the event before the guests departure.
  • To perform housekeeping duties in area of responsibility.
  • Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Executives / Managers
