Leading a lean team, the HR/Admin assistant is reponsible for the Human Resource and Administrative related matters of the Company.
- Work closely with the HR Executive on all HR/Admin related matters
- Performs HR/Administrative duties for the Company.
- Min 1 year working experience.
- Prefer experience in working with Infotech payroll software & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel & Words.
- Requires strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and project coordination experience.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently within tight deadline and willing to take up challenges.
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
