Enforcing, monitoring and developing HSE standards, procedures and guidelines
Keep up to date the legal and other requirement register
Manage and / or carry out HSE audits and inspections
Suggest and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Manage and implement a portfolio of HSE improvement projects
First line of response when emergency occur in the company
Conduct incident and accident investigation
Provide guidance on safety regulations
Help operational staff to identify significant risks and hazards and prepare HSE action plans
Take part in the HSE training plan and in communication and awareness initiatives
Any other task as and when assign by superior
Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety) or equivalent
2 years of experience in HSE / safety roles in manufacturing or close similarity environment
Must be familiar with local government HSE regulations
Independent in handling HSE activities and regulations
A team player with right attitude and aptitude
Open-mindedness, good interpersonal and communication skills
