The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the Sales Manager/Director/Team. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Providing support to the Sales Manager in reviewing materials/tenders and putting together costings and quotations
- Drafting proposals for clients
- Manage Sales for Kaer Products and services from the start till end under the guidance from the Sales Manager
- Responsible in entire sales process from quotation/proposal preparation, closing, delivery monitoring, payment collection.
