  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Respond to feedbacks from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Business Administration relevant field
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Speaks good English and good writing skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
  • Able to work in fast-pace environment
