Job Overview
 
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and business development programs.
 
Responsibilities
 
• Work closely with the other departments to provide innovative product solutions to address customers’ needs.
• Manage the company’s sales portfolio, promotions and campaigns.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with our clients by providing excellent customer service.
 
Requirements  

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Effectively bilingual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with knowledge of MS Office application software
• Candidates with experience are preferred but not necessary
• Structured training will be provided
