eporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following area:
- Manage reservations and walk-ins
- Advise customers on menu choices
- Attend to customers' request efficiently and effectively
- Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests
- At least one (01) year of relevant experience would be advantageous for the role; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as well
- Candidates who are able to contribute to the restaurant individually and as a teamplayer with minimal supervision
Note: Candidates with higher experience may be considered for senior positions (eg. Captain / Supervisor).
