JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
  • Provide administration and HR support
  • Update leave records into system
  • Filing of documents
  • Manage and maintain the staff reward program, a point and recognition platform with rewards redemption
  • Design reward programs to reduce turnover, boost morale and loyalty.
  • Ensure employees adhere to HR policies and procedures
  • Liaise with government agencies for related matters
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Organize company events
  • Conduct monthly area inspection
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
     
Requirements:
• Diploma required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Team player
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice will be a plus.
