Job Description

Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Up-keeping of work area and general cleanliness of restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Operate, maintain and upkeep dishwashing machine
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Empty and clean all trash receptacles
  • Sweep and/or scrub floors
  • Clean up spills and/or broken glassware immediately
