Job Description

  • Cold calling to gain/develop new businesses
  • Coordinate and execute sales activities with external and internal customer and cross business units to meet sales goals
  • Continuous enhancement and refinement of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our corporate activity.
  • Account management and customer care
  • Regular sales review and updates on business activity
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Covering duty during team member’s absent
  • Claim and complaint shall be handle by reporting AM Investigation and settlement shall be complete to agent/customers
  • Attending to customer’s feedback/complaint and request
  • Attending meeting with customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
  • A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of Sales in Freight Forwarding
  • A team player who is meticulous, strong analytical and able to multi-tasks
  • Challenging spirit, proactive and independent qualities
  • Proficient in MS Office
