Account management and customer care
Regular sales review and updates on business activity
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Covering duty during team member’s absent
Claim and complaint shall be handle by reporting AM Investigation and settlement shall be complete to agent/customers
Attending to customer’s feedback/complaint and request
Attending meeting with customers
Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of Sales in Freight Forwarding
A team player who is meticulous, strong analytical and able to multi-tasks
Challenging spirit, proactive and independent qualities
Proficient in MS Office
