Job Description

  1. Provide customer service support via phone and email. 
  1. Attend to Customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries. 
  1. Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation. 
  1. Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed. 
  1. Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely. 
  1. Processing of invoice promptly. 
  1. Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Excel. 
  1. Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment. 
  1. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

  • Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Good team player with positive working attitude.
