JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Perform outbound calls and carry out survey accordingly
  • Obtain information from the respondent
  • Liaise with Korean speaking customers over the phone
 
Requirements:
  • Able to converse in English and Korean ( to liaise with Korean speaking associates )
  • Computer literate
