Job Description

The primary purpose of the Supervisor is to support the Store Manager in efficiently running the Retail Store. The Supervisor will engage in selling PANDORA merchandise as well as assist in managing and motivating the team of Sales Associates.


  • Achieve agreed monthly sales and average transaction value targets for area of responsibility
  • Be proactive in identifying selling opportunities and putting in place initiatives that will help achieve and exceed the sales target
  • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring key staff are trained on opening and closing procedure
  • To identify and execute ways to increase employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the PANDORA experience
  • Staff training (Product Knowledge, sales, POS, policies and procedures)
  • Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the PANDORA Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
  • Managing customer complaints and problem resolution

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Maturity demonstrated through experience and the way one holds themselves
  • Presentable, with outstanding interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills demonstrated through previous roles
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
