  • Handle basic receptionist and administrative duties.
  • Manage office stationery ordering and other general office maintenance and courier service arrangement.
  • Liaising between various stakeholders & vendors with regards to car park and office building issues.
  • Perform proper filing of contract agreements between vendors.
  • Perform recruitment administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist with checking completeness of new application and conducting due diligence checks for new recruits.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma Holder
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Enjoys meeting and interacting with people.
