- Handle basic receptionist and administrative duties.
- Manage office stationery ordering and other general office maintenance and courier service arrangement.
- Liaising between various stakeholders & vendors with regards to car park and office building issues.
- Perform proper filing of contract agreements between vendors.
Perform recruitment administrative duties as assigned.
Assist with checking completeness of new application and conducting due diligence checks for new recruits.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
