As a Junior Secretary, she provides both administrative and clerical assistance to Administration Manager/Personal Assistant and Group Chief Executive. She is to ensure that the office procedures run smoothly on a daily basis.
- Answering telephones, receiving visitors, creating and maintaining filing systems and copy typing letters, memos for PA/GCE Office.
- Arranging meetings/ appointments and making travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintaining office systems and maintenance on a regular basis.
- Update of office stationery records.
- Ordering of name cards for staff.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts.
- Organizing and storing paperwork and documents.
- Assisting PA to arrange both in-house and external meetings/events.
- Perform PA functions whenever required.
- Perform receptionist duties whenever required.
- Ad-hoc assignments.
