JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and check letters of offer for credit facility in a timely and orderly manner
  • Assist Business Unit with loan, credit documentation and related matters
  • Liaise with internal and external Legal Counsel on documentation and loan related  matters
  • Maintain complete and accurate document protocol, in accordance to the  approved credit terms
  • Review loan documents for the purpose of loan disbursement
  • Manage security documents including but not limited to lodgement/withdrawal and release of loan and security documents
  • Prepare loan redemption letters
  • Understand and adhere to OLS’ internal process, credit policies and guidelines
  • Prepare  monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain proper custodian of all loan and security documents
  • Take on ad–hoc assignments, as and when assigned by supervisor
 
Requirements
  • Bachelors’ degree or diploma in banking and finance discipline
  • Deals with loan and credit documentation, in a hands on manner,  for at least  5 years
  • Good operational knowledge in commercial banking operation/products
  • A team player with good and positive working attitude
  • Meticulous, possess initiative, logical, organised, able to multi-task
  • Has the ability to think through issues and resolve problems/issues with minimal guidance
  • Able to interact effectively with external and internal customers
