Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Human Resource Management strategies to contribute to the achievement of business objectives for the Division by analyzing and reviewing trend and issues in HRM
  • Lead the HR team and ensure that effective employee relations programs and activities are implemented in line with labor relations guidelines
  • Play an advisory role on all human capital matters
  • Design mid and long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals
  • Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of all of the following human resource functions such as manpower, recruitment & selection, budgeting, payroll, performance management as well as training and career development
  • Supervise, train and develop the Division HR Team
  • Develop and implement Division-wide human resource strategies and initiatives to achieve higher employee satisfaction, retention and development of talent
  • Provide HR support to business in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (5 years in managerial level)
  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Good knowledge of regional employment laws
  • Effective leadership skills to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure the team meet deadlines including global initiatives
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken) in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
  • Traveling required
