Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities

    • Handle customer enquiries & follow up effectively
    • Selection of mechanical ventilation fans and preparation of quotations
    • Assist sales team in all sales related administration tasks from order processing to final delivery
    • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or exhibitions / seminars.
    • Full spectrum of administrative duties:
      • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls to respective departments
      • Manage reception of visitors in a professional manner
      • Filing, photocopying, maintain corporate website etc.
    • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements


  • Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be an advantage
  • Well-organized, responsible and eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
