Brief Description of Position – Accounts Assistant
- Handles accounts payable & receivable function, MYOB date entry.
- Prepare payment vouchers/cheques for signature.
- Assist in the month-end closing of accounts & financial reporting.
- Provide general admin, filing and typing support.
- Process purchase orders and verify order acknowledgement from supplier on the purchase orders
- Able to handle corporate admin and finance matters.
- This position reports directly to the Finance Manager / Operation Manager
- Only PR/ Singaporean may apply.
- Experience in book keeping and general administration is preferred.
- Higher Nitec graduates in Accounting & Finance related fields are welcome to apply.
- Salary is based on working experience and will be negotiable.
