Job Description

Accounting Functions

  • Responisble for daily banking and encashment of cheques
  • Manage petty cash claims
  • Check and tally daily sales against credit card settlements and cash bank-in
  • Update credit card summary and sales turn-in report
  • Prepare daily sales journals
  • Keying in supplier invoices

General Administration

  • Handling of phone calls
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Responsible for office functions


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year basic accounting experience
  • Able to work independently and meticulously
  • This position is for a 6 month contract
