Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
Successfully promote and publicize the brand
Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
Shift and staff planning, manage labour cost and ensure optimal productivity
Service quality control, periodically perform staff appraisals
Monitor and implement guidelines and procedures for service and bar
At least 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
Proficient in English and excellent communication skills
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Minimum Cambridge “O” levels
