Job Description

  • Measure and track performance of RWS attractions, products and special events, and produce short and long-term demand and revenue forecasts for all market segments and products
  • Gather and collate data from various sources (including primary and secondary research, sales reports etc.) and ensure databases are well maintained
  • Identify key trends and provide insights into the performance of the respective market segments on a regular basis and for ad-hoc management meetings
  • Work closely with stakeholders for various market segments and products to implement action plans/recommendations to maximize revenue.
  • Generate and deliver reports as required, and manage and coach team members in daily tasks and assignments
  • Minimum Degree in any discipline, with 2 – 4 years of experience in analytics / revenue management or related industry such as travel, attractions, MICE
  • Possess positive attitude, and is meticulous with numbers
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to translate analysis to recommendations and give confident presentations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
