Job Description

  • Plan and manage all activities in the fine dining restaurant, including working closely with celebrity chefs on restaurant’s requirements
  • Manage sales revenue and annual budget, including reviewing operations and resources to manage cost and to improve revenue
  • Manage staff and develop processes to ensure that training needs and productivity standards are met
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure high quality and standard of service

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience in a Managerial position, preferably with pre-opening experience in a restaurant
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail in guest relations and F&B operations
  • Effective leader with strong communication and people management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Able to deal with people of all levels and diverse cultures
