Job Description

  • Deliver excellent service and maximize guests' experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
  • Keep abreast of all in-house programs, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests
  • Assist in operational procedures (eg. Data entry and data recording)
  • Maintain compliance with all SOPs and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

  • Meet Casino Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
  • Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Levels or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Relevant customer service or marketing experience
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in conversational English and Bahasa Indonesia / Vietnamese language to handle guests from Indonesia/Vietnam
