Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing culinary operations in the restaurant
  • Lead the team in preparing and executing events according to guests’ request
  • Responsible for menu planning, inventory and food cost control
  • Coach, train and guide the culinary team and ensure that quality and standard of services are maintained

Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Culinary Skills / GCE 'O' level or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotels or restaurants
  • Knowledge in HACCP and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
