Responsible for overseeing culinary operations in the restaurant
Lead the team in preparing and executing events according to guests’ request
Responsible for menu planning, inventory and food cost control
Coach, train and guide the culinary team and ensure that quality and standard of services are maintained
Certificate in Culinary Skills / GCE 'O' level or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in hotels or restaurants
Knowledge in HACCP and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
