JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform general administrative work
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Perform secretarial support to manager
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Other duties as required
 
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least “N” Level certificate
  • Bilinugal in English & Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
  • Able to write in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Business Partners
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision and within stipulated deadline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
