What You’ll Need To Do:
- Handle inbound calls and engage with people from all walks of life;
- You’ll be trained to serve as their advisor and solutions provider just by answering their queries or addressing their feedback;
- You’ll need to be savvy, and capture the essence of what our callers are saying, so you can log the information accurately into the user-friendly system we all use; of course, the devil is in the details
- On a case to case basis, we may need you to handle some ad hoc tasks, nothing you won’t be able to handle. Of course, we won’t leave you hanging. Complete training and training resources will always be provided.
