Job Description

We’re looking for unique job seekers, who’d like a longer-term tenure of the stint in a customer service role, You’ll be joining our team of very experienced customer service professionals, who will guide and assist you, while you immerse yourself in a fun and fast paced environment:

What You’ll Need To Do:

  1. Handle inbound calls and engage with people from all walks of life;
  2. You’ll be trained to serve as their advisor and solutions provider just by answering their queries or addressing their feedback;
  3. You’ll need to be savvy, and capture the essence of what our callers are saying, so you can log the information accurately into the user-friendly system we all use; of course, the devil is in the details
  4. On a case to case basis, we may need you to handle some ad hoc tasks, nothing you won’t be able to handle. Of course, we won’t leave you hanging. Complete training and training resources will always be provided.

Job Requirements

Who You Need To be:

  1. You’re a person who others describe as a quick thinker and a keen aptitude to learn;
  2. You’ll need to have a cert or two, but we’re easy on the requirements. Anything from NITEC / ‘N’ Levels right through to a degree / professional certificate or something else equivalent, will still work for this role. It’s just a piece of paper. We’re more interested in you!
  3. We’re open round the clock, so we’ll need to schedule you at different shift slots to ensure the smooth running of the operations. Not to worry, you’ll know your allocations way ahead of time, so you have plenty of time to plan your off and rest days.
