1. Maintain the highest quality of customer service.
2. Provide vital administrative support to company’s sales team.
3. Handling of quotations inquiry.
4. Managing the call/email correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
5. Responsible for order entry and order processing.
6. Arrangement with suppliers/warehouse for delivery.
7. Attending incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
