Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Extracts, acknowledges and circulates customers’ drawings, material specifications, etc. to suppliers, customers and in-house personnel.
  • Processes, tracks and coordinates sample requests with suppliers and customers.
  • Calculates freights, handling costs of suppliers’ part piece quotes for Sales team.
  • Prepares customer’s quotations for Sales team’s approval followed by sending official quotes to customers.
  • Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecasts, actual demands, etc.
  • Proactively alerts the Sales team on urgent and priority issues via phone calls, emails or social media group chats especially when Sales team is away from office for meetings, business trips, medical leave, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superiors and Management. 
 
 

Job Requirements

 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' Levels / NITEC with Indoor sales experience preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-orientated and with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team-based environment and under pressure with tight schedules.
  • Meticulous, organized individual with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS office applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Prior knowledge of SAGE advantegeous; training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in Electronics/ Manufacturing industries are preferred.
