Job Description

  • Involve in the provisioning of new desktop / laptop in accordance to company procedures
  • Provide first level on-site IT support to end users including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, on-site premise service and applications
  • Attend to Helpdesk calls as well as after office hours on-call support (on a rotational basis)
  • Install, upgrade and configure software and IT equipments in accordance
     to service requests
  • Monitor and conduct daily system health checks
  • Assist to administer and manage active directory's user accounts, computer accounts, patch management, etc
  • Handle of data backup operation
  • Record, track and update the service request forms and incident reports

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in desktop support for Systems Consultant
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, resourceful and service oriented
  • Those with less than 5 years' experience  in desktop support will be considered for Systems Executive
