Involve in the provisioning of new desktop / laptop in accordance to company procedures
Provide first level on-site IT support to end users including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, on-site premise service and applications
Attend to Helpdesk calls as well as after office hours on-call support (on a rotational basis)
Install, upgrade and configure software and IT equipments in accordance to service requests
Monitor and conduct daily system health checks
Assist to administer and manage active directory's user accounts, computer accounts, patch management, etc
Handle of data backup operation
Record, track and update the service request forms and incident reports
Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in desktop support for Systems Consultant
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, resourceful and service oriented
Those with less than 5 years' experience in desktop support will be considered for Systems Executive
