Job Description

  • Sort, verify and batch documents
  • Scan documents and perform data system entry into the system
  • Perform balancing and transmission of data to receiving parties
  • Perform physical verifications of data in accordance to customers' requirements
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation of data
  • Pack and safe-keep documents into carton boxes for warehousing
  • Participate in user acceptance test for any application change/enhancement or new product implementation
  • Prepare daily and periodical reports
  • Any other clerical task assigned by Officer/Manager as and when required

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Minimum N level

Knowledge and Skills

  • Basic knowledge of using PC (mouse and keyboard)
  • Data entry skills (at least with numeric part of the keyboard) *able to type fast and accurately*
  • Good eyesight (with or without glasses)

Attributes

  • Able to speak some simple English (which include numbers in words)
  • Able to commit overtime
  • Able to work as a team with other staff
