· Manage the Free Protection Schemes Process of purchasing, renewal, monitoring and updates.
· Manage the Student Graduation Process and ensure timely update of the Graduate Registry
· Administration and consolidation of student data and monthly reports
· Manage the admission process of short courses and assist in other admission matter.

· Support the functions of the Registrar Office
· Diploma and/or above in related field
· Minimum 2 years of working experiences
