Permanent, Full Time Admin|Human Resources 2 Years Diploma

Job Description

•Provide customers with information and advice on products and services
•Provide timely response to customers' telephone and email enquiries
•Quality prospect leads and forward to centre respresentatives for follow-up
•Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing in advertising and promotion activities
•Conduct various types of market research survey
•Maintain accurate record of customers' contact for tracking and reporting purposes
•Prepare reports / analysis of recorded data


Job Requirements

•Minimum Diploma
•Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in retails environment
•Possess good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition / interpersonal skills
•A polite, confident and friendly manner
•Possess initiative and a positive attitude
•Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationships
•Resourceful, flexible and persuasive
•Perseverance and the ability to respect customers’ answers
•Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
•Good computer skills, especially MS Power Point, Word & Excel
•Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
•5 day rotating work week, including weekends
•Able to work weekday evenings and weekends
