  • Provide customers with information and advice on products and services
  • Provide timely response to customers' telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain accurate data for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Handle giro collection and prepare invoices

Job Requirements

Prerequisite Skills
  • Min 'O' Level
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in customer service and sales
  • Posses good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition/interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationship
  • Able to speak mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
