- assist the Project team in administrative works, eg. progress report, taking site progress photos, notices update for work progress, filing, typing, etc
- front desk reception duties and managing all incoming calls and queries.
- distribution of notices,flyers, etc and engagement of residents and business owners.
Attendance of meeting
- site visits and attend meetings with Project Manager/ HDB officers
- provide secretarial support for meetings
