You will assist the Group Chief Human Resource Officer to drive, lead and transform the HR function with focus on Organisation Development & Talent Management.
You will develop, recommend and implement the talent strategy to enhance and raise the capability of talent and build leadership to support the needs of the Surbana Jurong Group of Companies in the region that we operate in. You will incorporate best practices and apply knowledge of organizational dynamics to advance HR effectiveness and OD related activities.
Provide thought leadership based on knowledge and experience in organization strategy. Manage organizational change issues and succession management process to support the various countries and our people needs. Potential areas of focus include, but not limited to leadership and competency development, succession planning and people risk assessment, talent development and career development initiatives.
Establish policies that tie training needs with business objectives and the development of a learning and skills focused culture. Plan, develop talent management programs and initiatives for senior management and their identified successors. Develop and manage succession plans for key management positions.
