Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies, including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings.
Update and maintain statutory records.
Submit e-filings to ACRA.
Attend to notarization and legalization of documents.
Respond to requests from business units and auditors for information and documents.
Assist in ad hoc duties and any other corporate secretarial functions.
SAICSA candidates or currently pursuing SAICSA or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
Proactive, honest, meticulous and with strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing organisation and to adhere to tight deadlines.
Contract position: 6 months.
