Job Description


  • Handle a portfolio of corporate secretariat matters for both Singapore and Overseas companies, including preparation of Directors’ Resolutions, AGM & EGM documents and preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Update and maintain statutory records.
  • Submit e-filings to ACRA.
  • Attend to notarization and legalization of documents.
  • Respond to requests from business units and auditors for information and documents.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties and any other corporate secretarial functions.
  • SAICSA candidates or currently pursuing SAICSA or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
  • Proactive, honest, meticulous and with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing organisation and to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Contract position: 6 months.
